The first budget and tax rate public hearing will be conducted with a regular meeting of the Rusk County Emergency Services District #1 on August 21, 2025 at 7 PM at the ESD #1 Training and Operations Facility at 1515 Whippoorwill Ave., Henderson, Texas  75652.
