The Rusk County Firefighters Associaton, in conjunction with the Rusk County Emergency Services District #1, are hosting the second annual September 11 Memorial Walk on Saturday, September 13, 2025 beginning at 7:15 AM at the Henderson City Hall.

Rusk County Emergency Services District # 1

The Mission of the Rusk County Emergency Service District No. 1 is to ensure and maintain the safety of each and every firefighter in Rusk County while providing the best possible fire protection and prevention to the residents of Rusk County. Our first priority shall remain safety while we endeavor to perpetuate one hundred percent fire prevention and fire protection in Rusk County. We will strive to promote and generate new methods and ideas while maintaining harmonious relationships with all departments in the district.
