The first meeting and public hearing concerning the 2025 Rusk County Emergency Services District #1 budget and tax rate will be held August 21, 2025 at 7 PM at the Rusk County ESD #1 Training and Operations Center at 1515 Whippoorwill Avenue in conjuction with the Regular Meeting of the ESD #1 Board of Commissioners.  Attached above is the required notice concerning the hearing and proposed rates.
